Can I say what a brilliant job your boys are doing. Because of the snowy weather conditions up here today, they are unable to get the van up the hill. They have each one of them dug out the snow and ice, yard by yard, all the way up the hill and around the estate to get the van up to the house by the afternoon. They deserve a medal. They are absolutely exhausted and one has blistered hands. I hope you can recognise their loyalty to the firm and also to us, your clients by rewarding them in some way.
What excellent service so far! Your boys have done everything they can to make sure the job is done as per requirements. After our crash in the snow, making our car undriveable, and the worsening weather conditions, we thought we would never be able to set off on sunday. Peter is out now trying to buy a car for our journey.
